Attendee Registration

We make the attendees’ experience stress-free and memorable right from registration to choosing their package to post-event survey and on-site support. Our services enable patrons to register for the convention, create and manage their online profile, make online payments, select table, add guests, and chose seats. It also lists attendees according to names/ demographic/ expertise, access updated schedule and seating charts, and reserve seats for preferential patrons.

Banquet Table Selection

Our live banquet table selection helps attendees to view available seats and make a choice of table for themselves and their guests.










Exhibitor Registration

We provide easy-to-use registration and booth selection for exhibitors, with the added option of sponsorship and membership. Exhibitors can choose their space with the LIVE, color coordinated and interactive floor plan. Booths can be put on hold for up to five days before confirmation.





Sponsor Registration

We understand this co-dependence between organizer and sponsor so we enable sponsors to register their company online and select sponsorship opportunities that suit their need and capacity. They can sponsor one or more events / aspects of the convention and will be charged after all packages have been added to cart.

Live Floor Plans

Exhibitors get to select the location of their booth by using our live floor plan with updated bookings and reservations. It lets exhibitors view status of booths, place holds on booths, and purchase a space that is ideal for their product / service.

Attendees are encouraged to bring guests, who can be family, members of other organizations or friends. This will provide a boost to participation and revenue generation. Guests can be accommodated in the same package as that of the attendee or a specialized package can be created for them.

Boothing Staff

Our expert organizational staff can assist with any onsite marketing support your organization might need at the time of the event. We also offer training via GoTo meeting and conference to volunteers from your organization who will assist with onsite activities.
